Mateusz started without a formal background in electrical engineering, but with determination and the supportive environment at Voet, he has built an impressive career.

His first steps may have seemed modest, but they were vital to Voet’s development during its growth seven years ago. Mateusz began with supporting tasks on the rental fleet and maintaining generators. Driven to keep learning, he completed a VOP training, earned his C driver’s license, and gradually gained expertise in maintaining and operating machines. For the past five years, he has been working as a fully qualified technician at Voet—a role he fulfills with pride and passion.
Mateusz is also responsible for generator stock management and maintenance. He explains:
“I make sure the warehouse inventory is kept up to date. If parts are used for a machine, I restock them and carry out maintenance so the machine is ready to go again. Working closely with the planning team, I ensure that everything is prepared on time and in full for each task or project. I’m the link that makes sure parts are replenished on time and available when needed for maintenance or repairs.”
Mateusz describes working at Voet as follows:
“No two days are the same—and that’s exactly what makes my job so enjoyable. I want to keep learning and continue developing myself. If there’s something I don’t know, I simply ask my colleagues for help.”
Mateusz shows what can be achieved with dedication, eagerness to learn, and a supportive workplace. “Even though Voet isn’t a very large company, there’s plenty of room to grow as an employee. I recently obtained my truck driver’s license. I also work very independently, and I really value that everyone has their own specialism—we strengthen each other and learn from one another.”
